Alkaline, expanding his New Rules Festival's lineup
Dancehall star Alkaline and his New Era Productions have announced that rising sensations RajahWild and Armanii have joined the lineup for the highly anticipated New Rules Festival in London, set for April 17 at OVO Wembley Arena.
RajahWild has been making waves over the past two years, first gaining attention with his breakthrough single "Another Dollar". However, it was his viral hit "Wild Out", which has amassed over 26 million views, that cemented his place at the forefront of dancehall. Since then, he has shown no signs of slowing down, maintaining his momentum with trending tracks like "Planet to Planet" and his recent release "Toll Music" featuring Govana.
Armanii, known for his smooth and soulful vocals, had his big breakthrough with "Fiesta", one of last year’s hottest tracks, racking up over 14 million views. He has since followed up with hits like "Pounds", "You & I", and more, solidifying his status as a fan favorite, especially among the ladies.
More artists are set to be announced later this month, with speculation surrounding Aidonia, 450, Vanessa Bling, and even Mavado.
The "Dangerous Youth" dejeay is set to return to the UK after eight years. Following the London stop, the festival will head to Canada on June 21 at Rebel Nightclub in Toronto.
First launched in 2017, New Rules Festival drew over 30,000 fans in its debut year. Since then, it has expanded with successful editions in New York, Florida, and Jamaica.
