Alkaline Has More Than 450 Million Spotify Streams

With some reports claiming that Alkaline supposedly hit the 350 million streaming mark on Spotify, sources around the dancehall artiste has disclosed that the real number is more than 460 million.


The numbers are based on his Spotify streamings data, led by 'Love Yuh Everything' (produced by True Loyal Records in 2015) with over 26 million streams, followed by 'Extra Lesson' & 'Gyal Bruk Out' which have amassed over 14 million streams each. Singles like 'Things Mi Love', 'Ocean Waves', 'City', 'Pretty Girl Team' and 'On Fleek' are also surpassed the 5 million streams milestone.



The 29-year-old 'Formula' Deejay continues to create waves even though sometimes it seems that he prefers to stay under the radar. The dancehall star also has an immense amount of 1,230,297,693 views On YouTube to date.


He recently held his annual festival 'New Rules' in Vernon Memorial Stadium in New York and last weekend he scorched the stages in a concert held in Toronto alongside dancehall stars like Skeng and Jada Kingdom.
