Rising Antiguan dancehall artist Don Ric is on the verge of a breakthrough with his upcoming release, "Figure It Out," featuring Jamaican dancehall star Chronic Law, slated to drop on November 17.


The track represents a significant evolution in Don Ric's music, highlighting his creative versatility. Commenting on this shift, Don Ric shared his goal of crafting an anthem that is both accessible and impactful, delivering a message that resonates deeply and connects with listeners on a more personal level.



“Figure It Out,” produced by Braffers records & and Russell’s Records, promises to be banger before the year end that captures the essence of an Antiguan artist basking in the limelight of success.


The collaboration with Chronic Law brings an exciting dimension to the track, blending Caribbean talent in a way that transcends geographical boundaries. Reflecting on the experience, Don Ric shared, “He is one of the artists mi rate; it was just seamless working with him.”



Don Ric’s emphasis on building connections within the dancehall community reflects his ambition to make an impact beyond Antigua. “It could be hard, but Jamaica is somewhere I’d like to put my stamp,” he shared. “it could be tricky, you need the right links, but seeing my songs go viral out there would make me happy.”


Following the release of his latest single, "Streets Hot," just two weeks ago, Don Ric—also known for tracks like "Boca Raton," which charted in the top 10 on local Audiomack and Apple charts, as well as in St. Kitts—and "Team B," continues to strengthen his presence in the Caribbean music scene. With solid connections across the region, Don Ric is now setting his sights on even greater heights.



Managed by B-Man from Trinidad, who also oversees the career of Trinidadian dancehall artist Saurez, Don Ric is strategically navigating the Trinidadian music landscape. Through collaborations with 1Kb Records, he is ensuring that his message and artistry resonate throughout the Caribbean and beyond, positioning himself as a rising star with global potential.
