Beres Hammond and Buju Banton added "We Need Your Love" to their list of collaborations

Two legendary musicians join forces once again on a new release. Will we get another unforgettable show together?

Beres Hammond, the Lover’s Rock icon, has remixed his 2022 single, "I Need Your Love", The remix welcomes his long-time collaborator and friend Buju Banton to the track "We Need Your Love." The single was officially released on April 14 via Harmony House/VPAL Music.


Produced and arranged by Beres Hammond and "Crucial" Tony Phillips of Ruff Cut Productions, "We Need Your Love" features contributions from saxophonist Dean Fraser O.D., bassist Kenton Brown, drummer Trevor Fagan, trumpeter Oneil Macintyre, and keyboardist Carlton "Bubbler" Ogilvie. Crucial Tony also played guitar on the track.


The new release adds to the growing list of collaborations between Buju Banton and Beres Hammond, which includes hits such as 'A Little More Time', 'Who Say,' and 'Pull Up Vibes,' among others.



Two of Jamaica's most prolific voices also joined forces at an unforgettable 'Intimate' concert which was held on January 1st in Priory, Saint Ann. At the event, they also welcomed on stage the legendary Jamaica female singer, Marcia Griffiths that received her Red Stripe "Living Legend Award" for her longevity and contribution to reggae music. artistes such as Popcaan and Tarrus Riley also got to perform at the iconic night.
