Reggae luminary Romain Virgo gears up for the release of his much-awaited fourth studio album, "The Gentle Man," promising a deep exploration into the world of lovers rock. Scheduled for release on March 1st, anticipation builds for this captivating musical journey.


Collaborations shine throughout the album, showcasing Virgo's versatility and depth. The lead single, “Been There Before,” featuring dancehall star Masicka, sets the tone with its introspective lyrics and soothing melody. Virgo teams up with Nigerian artist singer Patoranking and German label Silly Walks Discotheque on “I Believe,” a heartfelt tribute to resilient women, while tracks like “Red Dress” reveal his nuanced exploration of mature seduction.


The album features the captivating vocal showcase “Want You Now,” where Virgo's vibrato intertwines with thumping percussion and funky guitars, creating electrifying synergy. “Take It Or Leave It” combines rap-sung cadences with a trap-infused reggae fusion beat. Additionally, Virgo delivers an original one-drop sensation titled “You Must Pay,” featuring roots reggae legend Capleton, as the stunning album closer.
