Grammy nominee Reggae-dancehall artiste Capleton is embarking on a long European tour scheduled to run from October 15 to November 17. This tour marks the second leg of his journey following a successful August run.
Backing by his Prophecy Band, the 56-year-old seasoned musician will kick off the tour in Leuven, Belgium. The tour will encompass various European cities, including dates in the Netherlands (with shows in Amsterdam and Utrecht), Germany (Dortmund), Switzerland, France, Italy, and even Slovakia. The final performance is set to take place at the Élysée Montmartre in Paris on November 17.
Known by his popular moniker "King Shango," Capleton continues to bask in widespread popularity in Europe as he enters the fifth decade of his illustrious career.
In the meantime, Capleton's single "Hottest Region" has risen to the top spot on the iTunes Reggae Album charts in the United States as a part of "Tropical House Cruise To Jamaica" album, which has secured a Grammy Award nomination, placing it among 65 other nominees in the category of 'Best Reggae Album.'
