Charly Black is tapping into his businessman energy

Internationally acclaimed Jamaican deejay Charly Black and his Team Unstoppable camp are set to host the One Chance Music Festival on Saturday, December 14, at the Toast Parking Lot on Ward Avenue in Mandeville.

The event boasts a star-studded lineup featuring the Trelawny native Charly Black himself, alongside IWaata, Laden, Silk Boss, Denyque, Neeqah, Yaadcore, Yaksta, and more, including Charly's protégé, Avanzce.

"Live band shows can be very scarce in parts of the island and patrons only get that experience at select major events. One Chance Music Festival is a great way to give fans this unique presentation with star studded Dancehall and Reggae artistes in their city," Charly explained.

"This is definitely the event for ‘Gyaldeville’ this weekend. Me and my friends don’t get to perform on band shows as often as we would like and this is one of the reasons these artistes were selected for this event. We will surely give you a great experience backed by the capable Tower band," added the 'Party Animal' deejay.

Music for the event will be provided by the renowned Bass Odyssey sound system, where Charly Black first launched his career as an MC. The lineup also includes ZJ Liquid, DJ Marvin, and Bad Boss Sherlock, ensuring an electrifying experience for revelers.

TheTrelawny native, born Desmond Mendez, an avid event promoter even before his rise as a recording artist, is further tapping into his entrepreneurial spirit with the grand opening of his Unstoppable Bar on New Year’s Eve in Carey Park, Trelawny.
