Dancehall Star Valiant won the MOBO Award for 'Best Caribbean Music Act'

Fast-rising dancehall star Valiant won the prestigious MOBO Award for "Best Caribbean Music Act" at the 26th MOBO Awards held today, February 7th, in Sheffield.


Valiant joyfully shared his victory on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the journey and the support of his loyal fans. "1year and God has been so good to me, the journey has not been easy Dancehall is no game but my Faith and strong mind carried me all this way I just want to thank all my true fans and supporters who believes in me I want to thank my day one Dwg dem", the singjay wrote.



Besting other notable contenders like Popcaan, Shenseea, Byron Messia, Kabaka Pyramid, and Destra Garcia, Valiant's win marks his debut nomination victory.


This victory comes on the heels of his recent signing with Sony Music's UK label roster, underscoring his rising prominence in the industry.
