Fiwi Campus amplifies the voices of Jamaica’s youth through Dancehall, culture, and a vibrant campus environment

Vibrant community life is essential on every student campus worldwide, but in Jamaica, a group of young people is coming together on a unique platform called Fiwi Campus to make it even more special.
Fiwi Campus is a vibrant Jamaican multimedia platform driven by Campus students, coming together to showcase talent, culture, and young creatives. Through FiwiSoun, interviews, and event features, it amplifies diverse voices while blending education, entertainment, and community. It continues to redefine “campus” as any space where growth, skill, and creativity flourish.
"FiwiSoun is all about amplifying the voices of emerging talent while celebrating the vibrant essence of Dancehall culture," said Jevaughn Bell from FiwiSound. "It’s a platform that bridges creative expression with community appreciation, offering young artists and DJs the spotlight they deserve," he explained.
Through interviews, open mic events, and more, they connect with young people and elevate their presence. "We scout fresh talent through our open mic session, FiwiCypher, where performers can compete for a chance to join the FiwiSoun main lineup. The process ensures we showcase the best up-and-coming stars while keeping the vibe authentic and fresh".
Sharing their vision to showcase Dancehall culture, Bell highlighted their efforts, including interviews with rising talents like Mxssivh and giving artists like Soun Bwoii a platform to express themselves. "FiwiSoun is more than music—it’s an experience. From high-energy DJ sets and captivating artist performances to engaging games like domino tournaments, it’s a celebration of community and culture under the Dancehall umbrella".
By fostering community and embracing Dancehall culture, the platform continues to grow. "FiwiSoun thrives on connection. The event draws the campus together by providing a space where students can immerse themselves in Dancehall vibes, participate in interactive games, and celebrate Jamaica’s dynamic culture", the young entrepreneur elaborated.
