Emerging reggae artist Jah Lil is set to release his new track, "Warn Yuh," on November 22, Teaming up with producer Kareem Burrell of XTM.Nation.
Jah Lil lends his smooth vocals to a fresh take on the classic "Long Days Short Nights" riddim. This riddim, originally produced by Kareem’s father, the legendary Philip 'Fatis' Burrell, underscores the track with a rich, enduring reggae sound.
In addition to showcasing Jah Lil's vocal prowess, the release honors Fatis Burrell's lasting influence in reggae music. "While transferring my dad’s tapes, I discovered additional cuts," shared Remus Burrell.
"Jah Lil’s unique voice and style bring a fresh and authentic touch that complements the essence of this riddim. It felt like the perfect fit to bridge generations." Remus added.
The original "Long Days Short Nights" riddim, released in 2011 by Xterminator Productions, featured artists such as Sizzla, Jesse Royal, Richie Spice, and Kayla Bliss.
