Fresh from his Grammy win with Julian Marley for Best Reggae Album, producer Alexx Antaeus is seizing the opportunity of International Cannabis Day to team up with the 'World Singer' Jah Vinci and top Jamaican producer Notnice for a new single titled "Ganja".

Alongside the release of the electro and dancehall mashup comes an official video directed by Linkz. "Ganja" features 2024 dancehall queen Raquel Cautiion and is filmed against the backdrop of the iconic waterway murals in downtown Kingston, Jamaica.

The song was recorded at Antaeus' Monom Records studio in Kingston, Jamaica, mixed at Antaeus' Contrackz Music in The Bronx, NY, and mastered by Grammy-winning engineer Alex Psaroudakis.

Jah Vinci expressed his anticipation for the release, stating, "I'm really looking forward to this record being out. It brings a different vibe, different energy. As a ganja smoker myself, on 4/20, this is the song I'll be blasting. I'm confident the people will love this track. The chemistry in the studio while working with Alexx and Notnice was wonderful, and we've got another hit on our hands."

Antaeus commented, "This project highlights Jah Vinci's immense talent as a singer, blending seamlessly with a fresh electro riddim. Additionally, it was a pleasure to collaborate once again with Notnice, a 'giant' producer who, despite his success as one of dancehall's greatest contributors, remains humble and easy to work with."

Notnice concluded, "Working with Alexx was a fantastic experience and brought great energy. Alexx's enthusiasm in the studio and during the video shoot was extraordinary. Bigup to you, sir Alexx."
