Dancehall artist Jahmiel has officially released his third album, the 12-track "Nirvana", today, November 1, through Hapilos Digital Distribution.
Nirvana blends uplifting and powerful singles that capture Jahmiel's journey of resilience through life’s challenges. Throughout the album, Jahmiel showcases his creativity with songs that convey powerful messages, backed by carefully crafted beats.
The opening track, "Who I Am," with its steady beat and striking guitar, sets the stage, inviting listeners into the transformative journey "Nirvana" promises.
In "Darkest Days," Jahmiel’s younger brother, "Yo Rockit" brings a unique element by sampling Shania Twain’s classic "You’re Still The One." Jahmiel reimagines the sample, not as a romantic ballad, but as a powerful testament to overcoming obstacles.
Songs like "Live My Life" and "Greatness Is All I Know" reflect Jahmiel's unyielding drive, with the artist declaring, "Man born fi great," reinforcing his commitment to excellence. In "Changes," he explores his evolving journey, embracing shifts while holding firm to his faith. This positive thread continues in "Mental Chains," an uplifting anthem about breaking free and embracing growth.
Heartfelt ballads also grace the album, including "Paradise," a sweet, romantic tune, and "Amapiano," a rhythmic track sure to captivate listeners, especially the ladies.
Jahmiel concludes "Nirvana" with "You Can," a song of optimism and encouragement, affirming his belief in both himself and his audience. This motivational anthem wraps up the album with a message of hope.
Produced by his trusted team, including longtime collaborator Bing of Quantanium Records and his brother Kimval "Yo Rockit" Foter of Rockit Muzik alongside his own Patriotz Muzik, Nirvana is a finely curated, diverse body of work, offering a balanced and inspiring listening experience.
