Trinidad and Tobago's Soca superstar and cultural ambassador Kes delivers his new album 'Man With No Door', his first album in 10 years via Inefabble Records.

Upon its release, the album achieves remarkable success by placing at the number 2 on the Top 100 Reggae Albums chart on Apple Music, behind the iconic status of Bob Marley.

The Album is topping the charts

Additionally, three singles from the album make their mark on the top 100 reggae songs on Apple Music. Among them, two are collaborations with Tano. "Take Back," featuring Tano, secures the 20th position, while the hit "Banga In" lands at 49th place. Furthermore, "Miracle," also featuring Tano, grabs the 99th spot.

In this album, Kes endeavors to showcase the diverse musical and cultural tapestry of his homeland, incorporating a prominent soca presence alongside influences from reggae, dancehall, afrobeats, and R&B.

Featuring collaborations with dancehall icons such as Shaggy on 'Mood' and Busy Signal on 'Honeycomb,' as well as contributions from J Perry, Michael Brun, and the closing track 'Rise Up' featuring fellow Trinidadian artist Queen Omega, the album promises a rich fusion of sounds.

Kes wrapped up his headline US tour in support of 'Man With No Door' last fall and on February 6th, 2024, he hosted the annual IzWE festival in Trinidad, coinciding with the Carnival season. Additionally, he is scheduled to participate in Jamaica's Yard Mas Carnival festivities.
