Masicka is set to perform at one of Hip Hop’s most iconic events

Dancehall superstar Masicka is set to hit the stage at one of the East Coast’s most iconic Hip Hop events, HOT 97’s Summer Jam, performing alongside Bobby Konders and Jabba of the legendary sound system Massive B.

Veteran producers and selectors Bobby Konders and Jabba, who host a popular weekly Caribbean-focused show every Sunday on HOT 97, will lead a special set at Summer Jam featuring a live performance by Masicka, along with appearances from a few other surprise artists.

Scheduled for Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, the highly anticipated show is produced by The Black Promoters Collective as part of the Prudential North to Shore Festival. The lineup also features some of today’s biggest Hip Hop and Afrobeats stars, including A Boogie, Gunna, GloRilla, Muni Long, Asake, Ayra Starr, Ja Rule, and more.

HOT 97, New York’s premier Hip Hop station, has hosted Summer Jam for decades, drawing massive crowds — with over 20,000 attendees expected for this year’s edition.
