London/Jamaica-based Reggae songstress joins forces with Bermudan artiste for a herb lovers track with appears on the 'Cali Roots Riddim'
Khalia, Excited for her new release
London/Jamaica-based Reggae songstress Khalia teams up with Bermudan reggae singer Collie Buddz for this new single 'High'. The song which is a love song dedicated to the herbs, is off the 3rd annual 'Cali Roots Riddim' album, slated to drop on June 30, 2023.
The 'Cali Roots Riddim' album is a project that has been put together collaboratively between California Roots Festival, Ineffable Records, and Collie Buddz. Over production from Collie Buddz and J-Vibe, the top Reggae artists from around the world have come together to voice their own individual songs on the riddim.
This year's album includes songs from Anthony B, Busy Signal, Luciano, Fiji, J Boog & The Green, Gondwana, Khalia, Hector Roots Lewis, Irie Souljah and many more.
Jamaican singing bird Khalia, who shares her time between Kingston and the UK, is known for her sweet voice. She joined forces with artistes such as I-Octane On "One Dance", Stonebwoy for "Spring Break" and her latest collab titled "Wild Fire" featuring reggae singer, Dre Island, which garnered 2.1 million views on youtube to date.
