Rising dancehall artiste Topmann continues to evolve on his musical journey. The versatile singjay/deejay has recently increased preparations ahead of his highly anticipated performance at the upcoming Reggae Sumfest Festival in his hometown, Montego Bay.
The artiste whose given name is Jamario Hines, was seen rehearsing in videos circulating on social media platforms for the well-known staging show, with several songs set to be released soon, a source has told Kaboom Magazine.
The entertainer recently dropped his latest single titled, ‘Running’ which was co-produced by Bashy 1Law’s Label; ‘Collect Di Bred’ with the talented producer - his brother, Jav Don. Another single that was leaked on the social media platforms this week is ‘100 Mill’, produced by renowned producer, Trouble Mekka, and once again showcases the singer's captivating flow with versatile lyrics.
The former football player replaced the training ground with the studio and the stage. Last weekend Topmann had a well-received performance at the ‘Kool Out' event in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth alongside rising artistes Jamal and 1Skimask, and was called onstage by dancehall’s current front-runner, Valiant to a resounding ovation. His other notable recent performances include his appearances at fellow entertainer, Munga Honorable’s ‘Bad From Mi Born’ birthday party in Port Maria alongside dancehall artiste, Jah Vinci and his viral appearance at Digicel’s recent promotional ‘40Mil Campaign’ stage show in the Sam Sharpe Square, Montego Bay.
The Mobay native has made his mark in the dancehall world since making his debut in 2018 and is known most popularly for his hit singles; ‘Gyal Code’ and ‘Cash Ready’. The recording artiste is fully focused on his development, staying consistent and remaining relevant among the industry’s main players.
