Sean Paul and Kes expand into Asian market with special remixes


International Jamaican dancehall superstar Sean Paul and Trinidadian soca star Kes have teamed up with three renowned South Asian artists to create special remixes of their recent anthem, “Out of this World.”


The remixes feature India’s rapper DIVINE, Pakistan’s acclaimed artist Bilal Saeed, and Sri Lanka’s Yohani, each adding a fresh and unique spin to the original track. These remixes are tailored for the cricketing powerhouses of India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.



The original song serves as the anthem for the 2024 Cricket World Cup, one of the world’s biggest sporting events, currently being played in the Caribbean and the US. “Out Of This World” has garnered over 1.5 million views on YouTube within a month of its official release.


Produced by Trinbagonian producer Tano, the song blends the sonic influences of Jamaica and Trinidad with those of India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, creating a global sound that resonates with listeners worldwide. The track is released via Ineffable Records.



The T20 Championship’s first round runs from June 1 to June 15, culminating at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in St. Lucia. The ICC T20 Cricket World Cup will conclude on Sunday, June 29.


Meanwhile, "Light EM UP," a collaboration between Sean Paul and Will Smith, has been officially released. This track, which features on the ‘Bad Boys: Ride Or Die’ soundtrack, showcases Sean Paul's captivating flow combined with Smith's lyrical prowess.
