Sean Paul alongside Beres Hammond, Another collaboration for these iconic artists
Dancehall icon Sean Paul and his label, Dutty Rock Productions, have unveiled their latest endeavor, the 'Brimstone Riddim,' featuring both established and emerging talents from the Jamaican music scene. Released at the tail end of February, a month synonymous with reggae, this project embodies the essence of the genre.
Leading the project alongside Sean Paul is the legendary Beres Hammond, with their collaborative track 'Tender Tender,' a follow-up to their previous hit 'Rebel Time.' The seamless harmony between these two stalwarts is palpable in their latest offering. Additionally, Dancehall-reggae icon Busy Signal graces the lineup with his track 'Jah You Know.'
Noteworthy contributions come from the cast of the 'Bob Marley: One Love' movie, with Ras Ajai, who portrayed Claude Massop, delivering the single 'No Drop U Guard,' and Quan-Dajai, embodying a youthful Bob Marley, presenting the themed single 'Brimstone' alongside an accompanying video. The fusion of the Riddim and these musical heavyweights results in a project that authentically captures the spirit of reggae.
Dutty Rock Productions, under the stewardship of global Dancehall icon Sean Paul, remains at the forefront of the music industry, championing talent and pushing boundaries with their innovative productions. Their previous venture, the 'Summa Hot' riddim, boasted collaborations with luminaries such as Bounty Killer, Busy Signal, Charly Black, and Chi Ching, culminating in the 'Summa Hot Remix' featuring Skillibeng and Busta Rhymes, alongside Sean Paul himself.
