International dancehall stars Shenseea and Beenie Man are set to headline the 38th edition of one of Europe's biggest festivals, scheduled for July 2025
Shenseea, set for her second performance in the renowned Summerjam
International dancehall sensation Shenseea, legendary "King of Dancehall" Beenie Man, and soulful reggae singer Etana are set to headline SummerJam 2025, one of Europe’s largest reggae festivals.
The 38th edition of the SummerJam Festival will take place from July 4 to July 6, 2025, at Fühlinger Lake in Cologne, Germany. This will mark Shenseea’s second performance at the festival, following her debut appearance in 2022.
"Even if the festival industry is still struggling, we want to present our visitors in summer 2025 with a festival that continues to develop, improves, and at the same time does not lose sight of its history," said organizer Marius Brozi in a press release.
Fans can also look forward to performances from reggae legends Inner Circle and singer Alborosie, with more artists expected to be announced.
Shenseea is currently in Kenya, preparing for her debut in Africa at the Raha Fest in Nairobi on New Year’s Eve. Additionally, the "Hit & Run" singer is scheduled to headline Japan's inaugural Afro Jam festival in July 2025, further cementing her global appeal.
Meanwhile, Beenie Man’s U.S. visa has been reinstated after a 10-year hiatus, paving the way for potential shows in America in 2025. The dancehall icon has hinted at a busy year ahead, exciting fans worldwide.
