Shenseea's smash hit single featuring Masicka, "Hit & Run," has surpassed 70 million views on YouTube, extending its lead as the most streamed Dancehall/Reggae song released this year on the platform. This achievement is particularly notable as "Hit & Run" has become Shenseea's fastest single to reach this impressive milestone.

Her previous hit with Jamaican act, "Lighter," featuring Tarrus Riley, recently reached 100 million views, but it took nearly four years since its release in 2020 to hit that mark.

Officially dropped on January 26, the Di Genius-produced track has been making waves globally, cementing itself as one of the Jamaican superstar's biggest hits.

Meanwhile, Shenseea has continued to build on her momentum with the recent release of the music video for "Work Me Out," featuring Nigerian star Wizkid. Released just three days ago, the video has already garnered 1.2 million views, showcasing the strong fan base and cross-genre appeal Shenseea commands.

Since the release of her sophomore album, "Never Gets Late Here," on May 24, Shenseea has seen continued success. The album's performance suggests it has strong potential for a Grammy nomination for Best Reggae Album, with the submission window closing on August 31. The critical and commercial reception of "Never Gets Late Here" underscores Shenseea's growth and evolution as an artist, further solidifying her place in the global music scene.

As she prepares to embark on her North American tour starting August 16, The tour will culminate with a highly anticipated show in Jamaica on September 27, promising to be a highlight for her local supporters.
