Jamaican dancehall superstar Shenseea has surpassed 1 billion total streams on Spotify across all credits, becoming the fastest Jamaican woman to achieve this milestone in just eight years.
Her most-streamed song on the platform is "Pure Souls", featured on Kanye West’s Donda album. Following closely is "Honey Boy", featuring world-renowned DJ and producer Purple Disco Machine, Swedish singer Benjamin Ingrosso, and Nile Rodgers, amassing over 77.8 million streams. Other standout tracks include "Shenyeng Anthem" with over 69 million streams and "Blessed" featuring Tyga, which has racked up 68 million streams.
Her colossal hit single "Hit & Run" featuring Masicka has also gained significant traction, accumulating over 32 million streams to date.
Shenseea is now the only Jamaican-born artist with five songs surpassing 50 million streams. She joins Nyla as the only Jamaican-born female artists to cross 1 billion streams on Spotify.
Just last August, the singer reached the 1 billion YouTube views milestone, with "Hit & Run" amassing over 121 million views across all versions, while "Lighter" with Tarrus Riley has gathered 114 million views on the platform.
