After a two-year hiatus, the singer released another passionate single in collaboration with the Jamaican super producer. 'Hit & Run' sets new records for Shenseea
Displaying her fearless and boundless artistry and passion.
Two months following the release of the chart-topping single 'Hit And Run' featuring Masicka, dancehall star Shenseea joins forces once again with Jamaican super-producer Rvssian after a hiatus of over two years, unveiling another captivating release titled 'Die For You'.
Released on March 28 via Rich Immigrants/Interscope Records, the single and accompanying music video delves into the artist's unapologetically bold and crazy side, showcasing her willingness to push boundaries both lyrically and visually.
Bearing a notable resemblance to her 2020 hit 'Good Comfort', Shenseea takes her love to the limit as she is ready to die for them.
Rvssian has collaborated with Shenseea on multiple hit singles in the past. Notable productions include 'You're The One I Love' from her debut album "Alpha", along with tracks like 'Hard' featuring Konshens, 'Lighter' featuring Tarrus Riley, and 'Best Nana' featuring Konshens and King Kosa, among others.
The single is another piece on the way to her upcoming and highly anticipated album to be released in 2024, which should include a touch of dancehall with other stylistic influences.
In the meantime, 'Hit & Run' has reached 26 million views on YouTube, marking Shenseea's fastest music video to achieve this milestone in approximately 62 days. Currently in the UK for a short tour, the singer opened with a sold-out show in Bristol.
