Skeng recruits American rapstress Nicki Minaj for his third collaboration, "Disappear Season," featuring dancehall star Tommy Lee Sparta.
The American rapper delivers the intro, representing Skeng's Ratty Gang on the single, which dropped on Sunday. Produced by Droptop Records with the beat by Topalone, the track is accompanied by visuals shot by Lagikz Supreme. The single was voiced a few months ago, while both deejays, Skeng and Tommy Lee Sparta, completed the video shoot in recent weeks.
Nicki Minaj has repeatedly shown her deep admiration for Skeng, dating back to their first collaboration on "Likkle Miss (Remix)," which has amassed over 9.5 million views on YouTube to date and later received an additional remix, "Nine Remix."
The single follows Skeng and Tommy Lee Sparta’s previous hit collaboration, "Protocol," from 2021, which became a massive hit across the dancehall landscape, racking up over 89 million views to date. It was later followed by "Protocol Pt. 2." "Disappear Season" also marks Skeng’s third collaboration with Nicki Minaj after "Likkle Miss (Remix)" and "Forward From Trini" featuring Skillibeng.
