The Queen of Dancehall, Spice, has revealed the title of her upcoming album, "Mirror 25," which is set to be released later this year. Sharing the news on her Instagram account, she excitedly wrote, "Besties, the name of our new album is 'Mirror 25.' Get ready, it's finally done."
In a recent Instagram letter to her fans, Spice elaborated on the album’s title: "Choosing the title "Mirror" felt right because a mirror gives a reflection. and I'm in an era where I've been reflecting on all the things I have managed to overcome musically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and personally".
"The Number 25 is a big celebration of 25 years in music. This is not a small thing; it's a very big thing. to celebrate 25 years and to still be relevant today in an ever-growing".
She also hinted at the next single, "2085 Tea," describing it as a metaphor for a granny who loves a good gossip session.
Following her previous albums, "10" (2021) and "Emancipated" (2022), "Mirror 25" will be her third studio album.
Currently on a European tour, Spice has been impressing audiences with her performances, including shows in Paris and at DLT Malta on Sunday, June 9th, before heading to Amsterdam. She will headline the Kurrent Festival alongside soca princess Nailah Blackman on July 13th.
