The St. Mary Kite & Food Festival returns for its 4th edition this Easter Sunday, April 20, transforming the grounds of Buccaneers Jerk & Juice in Port Maria into a vibrant celebration of family, food, and culture.
“What started as a community gathering has grown into one of Jamaica’s most anticipated Easter events,” said Raj of RG’s Events. “We have an exciting lineup of artists and are working on new competitions to showcase the talents within our community. More details, including application information, will be announced in the coming weeks.”
Festival-goers can expect an exciting day filled with kite-flying competitions, free children's rides, and live musical performances. The expanded food court will feature both beloved Jamaican classics and international cuisines, offering flavors that aren't commonly found in local markets.
With previous editions featuring performances from dancehall acts like Jahshii, Pablo YG, LaaLee, Yaksta, Kaka Highflames, and more, this year's event is set to bring another electrifying lineup to thrill revelers.
Designed as a multigenerational experience, the festival provides the perfect setting for families to create lasting memories, with local artisans, craft vendors, and a variety of engaging activities.
