Dancehall sensation Stalk Ashley has been added to the lineup for part of Masicka's official birthday celebration, "20 Matic", set to take place in Toronto on Saturday, December 2.
Both artists shared the announcement on their social media platforms, with Ashley set to return to Canadian soil after her August visit, where she celebrated her birthday and launched her "Stalky The Bratt" album at Toronto’s popular venue, The Pearl.
This highly anticipated event also marks the dancehall hitmaker return to Toronto, a city renowned for its vibrant Caribbean diaspora and unwavering support for Dancehall music. Known for his impactful lyrics and consistent string of hits, Masicka has solidified his place as one of the genre’s most prominent voices.
In September, Masicka made a surprise appearance during Usher’s "Past, Present, and Future" North American tour stop at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. The introduction, led by Kardinal Offishall, Def Jam’s A&R and guest performer, captivated the 19,000-strong crowd. “I had to surprise you with a special friend all the way from Kingston, Jamaica—make some noise for Masicka,” Kardinal Offishall announced, spotlighting the Image deejay to thunderous applause.
