Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido, dancehall star Teejay, and legendary reggae band Morgan Heritage have been announced for the 38th edition of the SummerJam Festival. Beyond its stellar musical lineup, SummerJam offers a unique festival experience by the water, making it one of Europe’s most beloved events.

For the Uptop Boss Teejay , this marks his debut on the prestigious stage. Speculation is already swirling about whether he will perform the remix of his hit single Drift alongside Davido.

Promoters are promising a particularly emotional performance by Morgan Heritage, as this will be their first show in a new formation following the passing of frontman Peter Morgan.

The SummerJam Festival is set to take place from July 4 to July 6, 2025, at Fühlinger Lake in Cologne, Germany. This edition will also see dancehall icon Vybz Kartel making his first European appearance in over 20 years, while Shenseea returns for her second performance, following her 2022 debut.

“We are overwhelmed by the support from our community – the rush for tickets has even surprised us,” said festival organizer Marius Brozi.

Previously announced headliners include Beenie Man, Etana, and Alborosie, among others. The 2025 lineup also features an impressive mix of artists, with reggae legends such as Inner Circle, The Skatalites, Third World, Mr. Vegas, and Junior Kelly, alongside top German-speaking acts like Max Herre & Joy Denalane, Irie Révoltés, GReeeN, Paula Hartmann, Ennio, and Curse.
