Upcoming dancehall artiste Mvtic
Upcoming artiste Mvtic premieres his new release “Fierce” introducing his hardcore melodic sound to the new era of Dancehall and looks to rise to international stardom with his new song.
The new release, "Fierce" refers to a sound that’s bold, powerful, and commanding—often with an edge. The track describes an intensive, and aggressive tone with high energy - a grandiose bravado that will appeal to modern dancehall fans.
This release contains dynamic vocals, fast tempos, and heavy instrumentation that demands attention. It also evokes feelings of empowerment, rebellion, and passion. It’s music that feels unrestrained and unapologetic. Label affiliates include Gadz Ent, Schemin Global, and Tonality Records.
Mvtic is a rising dancehall deejay, producer, singer, and songwriter from Kingston, Jamaica. He has always had a strong love for Dancehall, however he didn’t think he would’ve taken it seriously until he met friends along the way who were also pursuing music.
By actively being in studios, recording his first song then venturing off to Deadly Beats Studio, he would gain confidence in his abilities. After some time, he would exclusively work with Bvrban Musiq - a recording engineer and producer.
When asked what separates him from other newcomers in Dancehall he said, “The hardcore melodic sound that I’m recreating and bringing to the music industry along with my writing skills.”
His team and affiliates goes by ‘GrymeLyf’ but on another hand he has his own record label named ‘Tonality Records’.
Tonality Records is a record label with Mvtic being the sole proprietor. ‘Fierce’ would be the first official single to be produced under that label.
The inspiration behind the track, Mvtic said, “the fact that I view myself as a hardcore Dancehall poet, my intentions were to make a statement in the underground to showcase what a hardcore Dancehall artiste sounds like.”
“My inspiration came from Masicka, where I used to watch and study how he made music before he got his big break - especially the way it was articulated and received by the people.”
Mvtic's primary goal now is to expand his fan base and gain broader recognition, with the aim of making his name more prominent over the next two to five years.
