Valiant and 450 Are Set To Perform On Reggae Sumfest Night One

Two of the dancehall current frontrunners have been announced for the star-studded lineup, set to perform for the second consecutive year

Anticipation is building for the 41st installment of Reggae Sumfest as the star-studded roster begins to take shape for the 2024 edition. Organizers of the Montego Bay festival have announced the inclusion of two emerging dancehall talents for the opening night on July 19.


Valiant and 450 are set to grace the stage for the second consecutive year at this prestigious event, bringing with them a repertoire of chart-topping hits. both just recently dropped their collaborative track, "Faith."



This marks 450's third appearance at the festival since his debut in 2022, solidifying his presence as a fixture in Jamaica's entertainment scene. Valiant, having debuted last year, is expected to deliver an impressive performance following his initial success.


They've joined the ranks of dancehall's top-tier artists like Aidonia and Jada Kingdom, who are already confirmed for the festival's opening night. Additionally, the lineup features the visually impaired sensation Nigy Boy, along with reggae icon Beres Hammond, set to perform on the festival's second night, July 20th.
