Vybz Kartel eyes December stage comeback

Jamaican music icon Vybz Kartel has announced his first show date since being released from prison, set for New Year's Eve on December 31.

The announcement follows his recent appearance with DownSound Entertainment CEO and Sumfest boss Joe Bogdanovich, along with his son, sparking rumors that the deal for the show had been inked.

As he rebuilds his life, Kartel was seen with the DownSound Entertainment crew, including Skatta Burrell, further fueling speculation that he had plans for his first concert since his release.

The Jamaican music icon, who is steadily recovering after serving 13 years in prison, is now focusing on his health, which has been affected by Graves' disease. Amid his growing popularity, Kartel addressed one of the most anticipated questions since his release: when he will return to the stage. In an interview alongside his attorney, Isat Buchanan, the 'World Boss' hinted at a potential December concert, igniting excitement within the music industry.
