Produced by Redboom Supamix under his label, Vybz Kartel Muzik, the track dropped on Friday, September 13, and wasted no time in dominating the charts.
As fans eagerly awaited his return, the single is currently topped the YouTube Trending in Jamaica, amassing over 677k views within just a few hours of its release. It also surged into the iTunes Top 100 Reggae Songs chart, currently placing at #5.
With his lyrical brilliance still sharp, "The Comet" finds Kartel reflecting on his accomplishments during his time in prison.
