The Marley family's birthday tribute celebration for Jo Mersa proved to be a resounding success, boasting a star-studded lineup and captivating performances that delighted the crowd at Reggaeland, Nine Mile, St. Ann.

A highlight of the evening was the debut performance in Jamaica by rising reggae sensation YG Marley, whose global hit single 'Praise Jah In The Moonlight' drew thunderous applause. YG Marley brought his mother, Grammy Award-winning rapper, singer, and songwriter Lauryn Hill on stage, captivating the audience. YG also welcomed Yohan Marley (Stephen's son) and the dancehall entertainer Jahshii to join him.

Given the overwhelming success and demand for tickets, there have been discussions about relocating the event to a larger venue in 2025.
